  • Have a valid DEA registration (if applicable)
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

2.2 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Platform Services

RxWorld.com provides a marketplace platform that enables:

  • Peer-to-peer trading of pharmaceutical products between verified pharmacies
  • Wholesale purchasing from verified distributors
  • OTC product sourcing and procurement
  • Transaction facilitation and payment processing
  • Compliance tracking and reporting (DSCSA compliance)

We act as an intermediary platform and do not take title to products sold through our marketplace.

4. User Obligations

4.1 Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA)
  • Controlled Substances Act
  • State pharmacy board regulations
  • FDA regulations
  • All applicable licensing requirements

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • List expired, damaged, or counterfeit products
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent platform fees or policies

5. Transactions and Payments

5.1 Order Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Verification issues
  • Compliance concerns

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed between buyer and seller. RxWorld.com may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for payment disputes between parties.

5.3 Fees

We may charge transaction fees, membership fees, or other service fees as disclosed on the platform. All fees are subject to change with notice.

6. Product Listings and Descriptions

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, including:

  • Product descriptions and specifications
  • Pricing information
  • Product condition and expiration dates

  • DSCSA compliance information

We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RxWorld.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Disclaimer

RxWorld.com provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content
  • The quality, safety, or legality of products listed on the platform

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RxWorld.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RxWorld.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
